Alberto Batista Nandja started his career in agricultural research area as an Irrigation and Drainage Technician for 15 years. As technician his duty included to participate in planning and research management. After this period up to now he is an Human Resource Expert. He’s a Master in Strategy Management of Human Resources, from A Politécnica and has a Degree in Legal Sciences, from the same institution. His passion is to help people to develop and he found in coaching the best way to make it possible.

He joined the ICC as International Certified Coach, and after 3 years became the first Trainer of ICC in Mozambique and as such, has competences to certify coaches and help people and organizations to develop, defining their goals, clarifying their values and getting results. He is also a Trainer of Creative Center of Leadership-CCL and Bridge project.

As a trainer of CCL and Bridge he oriented some training programs for local and Palop participants in Mozambique. He participated as co-Trainer in Bridge programs in Guiné Bissau and Cabo Verde. He created and offers workshops in coaching, human development, motivation, performance evaluation and strategy planning.

He is currently a teacher of the Human Resources Module in undergraduate, master’s and master’s degree courses in regular and distance learning courses. His duty is to design and produce teaching and didactic materials at the Instituto Superior de Administração Pública – ISAP. He is Partner and CEO of Mozambique Coach Lda, company created as result of his integration in coaching. He is experienced as manager in private and public organizations. He acts as consultant for organization development.
